Terms and Conditions

  1. Our policy is safety first. The captain reserves the right to cancel trips if he deems the weather is unsafe or if other safety issues arise. As well the captain can and will refuse guests from boarding the vessel if the guest in any way threatens the safety of the vessel or its guests. 

  2. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking by cash, cheque or money order, the balance is due 2 weeks before the date of fishing trip by cash or money order. The deposit is refundable if you cancel your trip no later than 30 days before date of departure. The deposit is not refundable if you cancel the trip less then 30 days from departure date. The non-refundable deposit can be used towards another booking for up to 12 months from cancellation.
